One of the best tools you can arm yourself with when going to a professional sports venue is the Game Day Hotlines and Security Text codes. In an effort to make it easy for you to locate this information, we have complied a list of text instructions and phone numbers to call to report conduct concerns. Before attending any event, please be sure to program these numbers into your cell phone so you are prepared if an emergency arises.
When sending a text, include your location and a description of the concern. For example, if you are at the Superdome in New Orleans, send a text message to 69050 with the keyword NOLA, “NOLA sec 129, fan near row 11 who is drunk and causing problems.”
Along with the text codes and hotlines, we have also gathered Fan Code of Conduct links for each of the venues. Although they all have similarities, it is important to read and follow these guidelines prior to attending a game. These guidelines are in place for your safety, not to prevent you from having “Fun”.
Here is an excerpt from the Standard Fan Code of Conduct for the NFL:
“Event patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats. Stadium staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where event patrons, their guests, and other fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event patrons and guests who violate these provisions will be subject to ejection without refund and loss of ticket privileges for future games.” ~ NFL fan code of conduct
